Canmore World Cup - Classic Sprint
Day 2 was another beautiful sunny day. The sprint course had significant hills that were generally thought to be suffecient to prevent the use of skate skis and double poling the entire race. The Norwegian men convincingly showed that they were up to the task of double poling the entire course through all the rounds. The Women's race ended in a photo finish.
Powerfull double polling in the semifinals by Boerre Naess, the eventual winner of the Classic Sprint.
